Best of luck to this awesome group of grapplers at their Divisional Tournament in Cut Bank this Friday and Saturday!! Spectator passes must be purchased this week at the HS office. Each wrestler is allowed 4 passes, but there may be extras available. GO, DAWGS!

Here are the updated District 5B Basketball Tournament brackets! Remember, even though the games are hosted at home sites, these are post season tournaments and yearly activity passes are not accepted. All attendees will have to purchase tickets at all locations. Also, there are no student sections or open seating options. Only 5 spectator passes are available for each suited player and coaches. All spectators, including any students, must be on a player or coach's pass list to be able to attend games, and all host site Covid protocols must be followed. Again, we are incredibly lucky to be able to have a postseason no matter what it looks like!! GOOD LUCK, BULLDOGS!!

At the special School Board meeting last night, the Board concluded to continue to strive to provide in-person education, while still protecting our students, staff, and families, by continuing to operate under the emergency Covid policies currently in place. Face coverings, physical distancing, class cohorts, limited school access, etc. will still be required practices in our buildings and at our activities. The policies will be reviewed and updated as the vaccination process progresses and becomes more available to all. We truly appreciate the cooperation and support we have received thus far in all our efforts to safely remain open, and please help us by continuing to cooperate with our Covid requirements. The Board also approved the contract of our new Superintendent, Susie Hedalen. We want to welcome Susie to our Bulldog family, and we look forward to getting to know her in the coming months! Our goal at Townsend Schools is to continue to provide in-person education while still protecting our students, staff, and families. Until all school staff members have the opportunity and availability to complete the entire vaccination process, we will continue to require that masks be worn in our buildings and at our school activities. We truly thank our students and community for helping us through this by wearing face coverings. We appreciate the cooperation and support we have received in all our efforts to safely remain open. Townsend Schools would like to provide an update to any and all interested parties who wish to participate in the bidding of our project. We held our pre-bid conference yesterday for the project and per the request of participants have revised the bid date to Wednesday, 2/24. Please reference the notice for bids attached to this post for further information!!

The MS basket drawing will be held tomorrow. You can still purchase tickets at the library and drug store until then. Winners will be contacted to arrange for pick up. Thank you for supporting our students!

If you are planning to attend the superintendent interviews this evening, beginning @ 5:00, please park in the playground parking area and enter through the outside multipurpose room door E. Also, the afterschool program has been moved to the community room for today. Thank you!

All of our athletic events have been canceled for this Friday & Saturday, and we have no school on Monday.
